Documentation

World Genetic Registry® (WGR) is a private, independent registry organization. By submitting an application, the applicant agrees:

• WGR records information as provided by the applicant. All data is owner-reported.
• WGR does not independently verify genetic purity, breed authenticity, health condition, or reproductive capability.
• WGR is not a governmental authority, official breed certification body, or genetic verification institution.
• Imported or transferred records rely solely on documentation submitted by the applicant and are marked accordingly.
• All fees are non-refundable once administrative processing begins or a digital certificate has been issued.
• WGR reserves the right to revoke registration in cases of misrepresentation or fraud.
• Registration does not imply governmental recognition or official breed certification beyond WGR internal records.

All registration fees are non-refundable after any of the following:

• Registration number assignment
• Administrative processing initiation
• Digital certificate issuance

Chargebacks or disputes after processing may result in permanent suspension and revocation of all associated registrations.

World Genetic Registry® (WGR) is a private documentation service. This means:

• WGR registration is not recognized by any government agency or breed authority.
• WGR certificates are identity and pedigree documentation records, not official governmental or veterinary certifications.
• WGR records reflect information provided by the owner. WGR does not conduct independent verification.
• Imported or transferred pedigrees are labeled as owner-reported and are not independently verified by WGR.

• WGR collects information solely for registry documentation purposes.
• Personal information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
• Public verification pages display limited, non-sensitive data only.
• Records are maintained in secure internal databases as part of the permanent archive.

• Step 1 — Application form submitted
• Step 2 — Payment completed via Stripe
• Step 3 — Application received and reviewed by WGR staff
• Step 4 — Registration ID assigned (WGR-[CODE]-[YEAR]-[SEQ])
• Step 5 — Confirmation email sent to applicant
• Step 6 — Certificate generated (Digital PDF and/or Printed)
• Step 7 — Certificate delivered to owner
• Step 8 — Record archived in permanent WGR database
